Holger Biermann must be one of Berlin’s most active street photographers. When I go out for my photo walks I meet him every now an then on Friedrichstraße, Alexanderplatz or whereever. Currently he is showing parts of his Terrassen am Zoo series at FENSTER61 until Aug. 13. If you like it be sure to get his nice booklet of the same name that he sells for only 5 Euros.
The new exhibition at FENSTER61 shows photographs from irinadabo taken in public toilets. Wot?? Well – here you go…
The current pictures at FENSTER61 are taken by Frank Machalowski. His series “Monster” is showing well-known places in Berlin taken with long exposure times to create some kind of “monsters” out of the peoples’ rush through the scenery. Check out this beautiful photos on the FENSTER61 website.
New exhibition at FENSTER61: Gino Puddu‘s “Briefe aus Berlin” (letters from Berlin, read about the concept here).
The image will change approximately every 10 days until the 12th of March.
The current exhibition at FENSTER61 is part of the 5th European Month of Photography in Berlin. Thorsten Kirchhoff’s photographs from his incredible work “Walking” are shown in seven digital picture frames. The images are changing all the time so one can spend a long time looking inside the several spyholes and puzzling the story together. While the installation also works at daylight it is highly recommended to visit the venue at night.
